At Team Liquid, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your pro-kit and apparel. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
